Please ensure the family surname is noted in the Particulars column and that the Reference column shows OSC Fees.

Associate Swim Member- The Criteria for this membership is that they must have an Organisational Coordinator who is responsible for all the administration of that particular interest group, and who is directly responsible to the OSC Carnival secretary and Club Administrator.
- The Organisational Coordinator will be responsible for (inclusive of but not limited to), Entries and fees to OSC Criteria, Accommodation and travel as required, information distribution, organising officials as required, and any funding.
- The Organisational Coordinator MUST apply to the OSC Committee for approval to use the OSC membership in any way for all applications and entries, PRIOR to submission, and the OSC committee reserve the right to approve or otherwise any such applications. Squads - Payment Options Payment must be made by due date or lessons will be automatically cancelled!
- Payments can be made in 3 monthly instalments due May, August, November and February
- Monthly automatic payments.
Please note that all Squad swimmers need to pay a club membership fee upon joining the club or moving through from Learn to Swim. This is an annual fee covering swim season from the 1st May to 30th April. This fee covers the swimmers registration with Swimming New Zealand and Swimming Bay of Plenty, which enables them to participate in carnivals. It also entitles swimmers to participate in club activities such as Club Time Trials, Club Nights and Club Championships.

Refund PolicyIn General - No refunds shall be given; however:
- Members moving out of the sistrict may apply for refund.
- Where a prearranged trial period fails; that member may apply for refund.
- Where special circumstances exist - a member may apply for refund.
- Applications for refund must be made in writing to the OSC Committee.
- Where relevant, medical certificates must accompany the applications.
- In all cases the OSC Committee reserves the right to decide on refund.
- Any refund granted shall be less administrative and other costs incurred by the Club.

SicknessIf your child becomes ill or there is a life threatening situation, broken limb or long term illness, please get a medical certificate and call Dianne Leonard on (07) 576-1738. You can arrange further payment issues with Dianne. |
CancellationsIn General - No refunds shall be given; however:
- All sessions WILL BE HELD, rain, hail, or shine. Only extreme and dangerous conditions will cause cancellation. There will be NO Cancellation Notice system.
- All Coaches/Instructors must attend.

Child Care- All care and attention is given to your children when attending OSC organised events, however OSC is a sports club not a baby sitting service.
- All children should be accompanied by an adult both to and from sessions.
- Coaches have enough to do with their time without having to organise unruly children, we ask for your help to ensure both adults and children are always learning in a safe environment.
- The Club reserves the right to suspend membership for behavioural breaches.

Club Disciplinary ProceduresALL children are expected to behave in a manner acceptable to the Otumoetai Swimming Club Committee. If necessary, disciplinary action will be taken. |
